How we use AI

Every song on Scriptune sets the actual text of Scripture, word for word, to music. We use AI music generation to compose the melody and vocal performance.

Before any song reaches you, it passes through a lyric-fidelity check: we transcribe the generated audio and compare it against the source verse. If a take adds, drops, or changes a word, we regenerate it. This happens before the song is ever cached or played, so you never hear a version that hasn't been checked.

Our sound is our own

When we shape the sound of a genre, any reference audio we use is generated by our own AI, never pulled from an existing commercial recording. We don't extract, sample, or imitate someone else's copyrighted work to build our style. Every reference is something we made ourselves, so what you hear is entirely ours, start to finish.

What we will never do

We will never use AI to paraphrase, summarize, or write something "inspired by" a verse. We will never add words that aren't in the text. Every song is the verse itself, start to finish, nothing more.

What AI can and cannot promise

The voices you hear are synthetic. They are not recordings of a real singer, and they are not meant to sound like any particular artist. Automated checks are good but not perfect, so read the verse on screen alongside the song. If you ever hear a word that does not match the text, write to info@scriptune.app and we will pull that take and regenerate it.

We do not train AI models on your saved verses, your listening history, or the feelings you select. Songs are generated for the verse, not from your personal data.

Our mission

Scriptune exists to bring Christ into your heart through song. We are staying mono-focused on one thing: setting verses of Scripture to music so you can remember them, so they can be there for you when you need them, and so you can return to them whenever you want to learn and grow.
