What the 10% is

Partners receive 10% of the subscription revenue actually collected from subscribers who selected them, for as long as those subscriptions stay active and paid. It is calculated on the amount we collect after taxes, refunds, and payment processing fees. It is never added to anyone's price. Everyone pays the same published price.

How attribution works

A subscriber either enters a partner code or selects a ministry when subscribing, or chooses one later in account settings. The most recent selection at the time of a payment is the one credited for that payment. A subscriber may change or remove their selection at any time, and future payments follow that change.

Payments

Amounts accrue as subscription payments clear and are paid out monthly once the balance reaches $25. Balances below that carry forward. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related amount is reversed from the balance.

Partners are independent participants, not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Superlative Alternatives Inc., DBA Scriptune. Partners are responsible for their own taxes. U.S. partners paid $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed Form W-9 before payout, and we will issue a Form 1099 where required.

How partners may promote Scriptune

Partners may share their code and link with their own congregation, list, or audience. Partners must clearly disclose the relationship, for example "we receive 10% when you subscribe," wherever the code is promoted, as required by the FTC endorsement guidelines and similar rules elsewhere.

Partners may not use paid search or ads on Scriptune brand terms, send unsolicited bulk email or text messages, impersonate Scriptune, claim endorsement by Scriptune of their doctrine or organization, promise discounts or refunds, self-refer their own subscription, or create accounts or payments intended to generate credit. Any of these voids the related amounts.

What partners can and cannot see

Partners see totals only: how many people joined through their code and what is owed. Partners never see individual names, saved verses, emotion selections, or listening activity.

Brand use

Partners may use the Scriptune name and provided materials to describe the program, unmodified, and only while participating. All brand rights remain with Superlative Alternatives Inc., DBA Scriptune.

Changes, suspension, and ending

We may update these terms or the program, including the payout threshold and the mechanics of attribution, with notice by email. The 10% rate applies to payments collected while the program is in effect. Either side may end participation at any time. We may suspend a partner immediately for fraud, abuse, or unlawful promotion, and withhold amounts tied to it. Amounts properly earned before termination remain payable.
